This contract project was done in collaboration with Tianna Kwong Creative for the Maple Leaf Property Management. The Maple Leaf Property Management is a management company that aims to provide exceptional rental experiences.
The goal of this project was to showcase the Capilano Residences and the many features the property has to offer. Because this brochure was to be viewed as a printed or digital asset, the design challenge was to ensure the layout would work on both formats while also considering the preexisting branding.
