The real estate process is overwhelming and confusing for many BC and Ontario residents alike. During my time at Properly, the brand marketing team devised a plan to help every day people better understand the real estate process in Canada by allowing anyone to send in questions to real estate experts. This resulted in a website called the Real Estate Therapy, where users were able to send in their questions and review the answers once they were posted. In addition, we researched the statistics on how residents felt about the real estate process and presented through an infographic for easy digestion of content.
In addition to the website, we created social media posts based on the infographic. The design allowed content to stand on its own without the need to reference the Real Estate Therapy page, but still pulled styles from the website to tie it all in together. Making sure the image was easy to understand at first glance, and not overwhelming was imperative, as the concept behind this campaign was to create an easy way to learn about real estate in Canada.
We also provided real estate agents with their own social media assets, where they were able to answer some Q&A from their audience to up engagement, and show their vast real estate knowledge. This positioned ourselves as real estate experts at every touchpoint in the Properly process.
